The Role: Growth & Revenue Partner

What You'll Own
- Email list growth (1,000 → 10,000 in 90 days)
- Sales conversations (inbound → paying)
- Social media presence (Reddit, TT, IG, LI)
- Partnership outreach (influencers, brands)
- Revenue generation (£1k/week min in 60d)
What You Won't Do
- Code (we have AI for that)
- Design (we have AI for that)
- Content creation (SEO engine replaces 5-person team)
- Strategy (the 80/20 frameworks are built)
You execute. You sell. You grow.
What's Already Built

Compensation Structure
Option A
Pure Equity
- 10-15% equity in Zodiac 12 core
- No salary
- Vests over 24 months
- You eat what you kill
Option B
Rev Share + Equity
- 5-8% equity
- 20% of revenue you generate
- Performance bonuses
- Best for cash flow needs
Option C
Sweat Equity Conversion
- Start as paid trial (£500-1k)
- Convert to equity on performance
- Lower risk for both sides
- Good for "unknown quantities"
