EvidenceOS
AI-powered evidence management for legal and business disputes
The Problem
Legal professionals spend 40% of their time manually organizing evidence, searching through documents for contradictions, and building case timelines by hand.
Solicitors at SME law firms, claims adjusters at insurance companies, HR departments handling workplace disputes, and independent legal consultants.
Excel spreadsheets, paper files with sticky notes, generic document management systems not built for legal evidence, or expensive enterprise solutions.
£50,000+ per year in wasted billable hours for a small firm. Missed contradictions can cost cases worth hundreds of thousands.
The Solution
Upload your case documents and the AI automatically extracts entities (people, places, dates), builds a timeline, detects contradictions, and gives you a case readiness score.
Purpose-built for legal evidence with AI that understands legal context. Not a generic document manager with AI bolted on.

The AI Explained
For non-technical people
Multi-agent AI system using large language models (similar to ChatGPT) specialized for legal document analysis.
An AI agent is like a digital employee that can read documents, make decisions, and take actions without being told exactly what to do each time. It learns what to look for.
The agents in this tool
| Agent Name | What it does | Human equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Timeline Agent | Reads documents and places events in chronological order | Junior paralegal spending days on timeline |
| Entity Agent | Extracts and links people, places, dates, organizations | Data entry clerk cataloguing evidence |
| Contradiction Agent | Compares statements across documents for conflicts | Senior associate reviewing for inconsistencies |
Reading 500 pages and finding every contradiction, entity mention, and timeline event in 30 seconds instead of 3 days.
Employees this replaces (or augments)
| Role | Salary (UK avg) | What the AI does instead |
|---|---|---|
| Paralegal | £28,000/yr | Document organization and timeline building |
| Junior Associate | £45,000/yr | Initial evidence review and categorization |
Why I Built This
I liked Notebook LM but knew firms wouldn't want Google having all their information. The use case clicked when I heard about a lawyer who got put on a case with no time to go through it — they uploaded everything to an AI and asked questions that pulled out intricacies that would have taken weeks to research. AI can see patterns across years of emails and communications, like a detective with sticky notes on a wall, but in seconds.
I build faster than I can sell. This needs someone with legal industry connections who can get in front of law firms and demonstrate the value.
The standard tool for evidence management in every SME law firm in the UK, then expand to US and EU markets.

The Buzz
For non-technical people
This isn't a business idea. It's a working product. The hard part — building software that works — is done.
What you're actually getting:
- A tool that organizes 500 pages of evidence in 30 seconds instead of 3 days
- AI that acts like 2-3 paralegals working 24/7
- Tech that would cost £75,000+ to build from scratch
- A product ready to sell TODAY
Upload a 200-page case bundle, and in 30 seconds the AI shows you every contradiction, every key date, every person involved — with page references. What took days now takes seconds.
Law firms save 10+ hours per case. At £150/hour billable rates, that's £1,500 saved per case. For a firm handling 50 cases/year, that's £75,000 in recovered time.
